Downloading the file with browser works fine.
I have tried to clear the cache. Sadly this didnt solve the problem.
So I followed your instructions and here are the logs from both 1.8.0 and 1.9.0 versions

Hi, ever since we have updated OpenWebStart from 1.8.0 to 1.9.0 version. We are unable to run JNLP files. We are running the same setting as we did with 1.8.0 version.
