when opening OpenWebStart we are getting "No suitable JVM was found to start the application, when we open the OpenWebStart application and go to the JVM Manager the path was removed? and we have to manually map it again.

I am also seeing this error, The user can access a application in Production just fine, but when trying to access the same application in our Dev region. the are receiving the same error. Why does OpenWebStart work in Production but not Dev? Is there anything I can do?
