Hi
I resolved the error by change webutil_codebase in formsweb.cfg forms configuration file.

But now there are no errors but main form displays and disappears (looks like it is crashing)

Currently we use javawebstart to run our Oracle forms (12.1.2) applications. Oracle forms services run on linux/unix server

Windows Clients use Javawebstart to run Oracle forms application. Extensions.jnlp is configured correctly on the server.
