Sorry if I wasn't more clear in my initial post, I put that jsp file in the attachments but it wouldn't let me put it as anything but a txt file. The government is planning to update sometime in November, was just hoping for a stopgap until then.

It works in both Edge and Chrome. Unfortunately the appeals court requires everyone to use it (Until October at least).
