Sinch System Configurator uses Openwebstart and Java to launch the application.

Is there a Jnlp file for "Sinch System Configurator"? What happens when you try to run that Jnlp file with OWS. For example, in OWS install directory you can try the commandline by providing Path or Url to your app's jnlp file:

I am also seeing this error, The user can access a application in Production just fine, but when trying to access the same application in our Dev region. the are receiving the same error. Why does OpenWebStart work in Production but not Dev? Is there anything I can do?
