Hello,
I am executing a JNLP app with OWS 1.11.1, Java21 and with the "-nosecurity" flag.
However I still get after a while a socket permission access denial. How is that possible? The SecurityManager should not revoke the permission because of the flag.
The occurence is random and quite rare, 2-3 times a day.
I saw a similar topic opened on the forum, but the "-nosecurity" flag should solve the problem. Should I upgrade to OWS 1.12 and use the setting rather than the cmd line flag?

Re: OWS SocketPermission access denied
When do you get this exception? Is it after your application has been launched? Can you please share your OWS logs. Remember that this is a a public forum and other users will have access to your logs. You can buy basic or developer support https://openwebstart.com/support/ to get a private channel on OWS support forum and also guaranteed response time.
