We decided to move from java installation to openWebStart while only using Intels RMM control with Java.
So we are happy that everything seems to work. But yesterday the first remote control session was needed and we found out that the funcionality of having mouse or keyboard in remote session window does not work at all. Is this a know issue/limitation? Because the rest including screen showing works fine!
So far we had no reports from users using Intel RMM.
On the other hand we have only little information about the applications which are launched wit OWS.
We do not collect any data from our users.
Do you see any error or warning in the logs (either OWS logs or Intel RMM logs)?
VERY good news - as I decided to wait with the answer until I installed the new version 1.1.8 found that the keyboard/mouse works as intended and as well the versioning is noticed fine!
