Is it possible to use an UNC-path in ows.jvm.manager.cache.dir and how is the notation?
for example:
ows.jvm.manager.cache.dir=//server01/data/JVMCacheDir

We have not tested this, but I would assume that it does not work

You could try for example
ows.jvm.manager.cache.dir=c:\\temp\\jvmcache
You could mount the drive on the server and give it a name like E: or some such. Is this possible for you?

Mounting the drive solved this issue.
