Deploy OpenWebStart via Intune

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy OpenWebStart via Microsoft Intune to our managed devices. I have the .exe file packaged into an intune setup file, the the following install command:
OpenWebStart_windows-x64_1_6_0.exe /sAll /rs /rps /msi /norestart /quiet EULA_ACCEPT=YES

However, I get errors during the roll out, I received install errors via intune portal:

The unmonitored process is in progress, however it may timeout. (0x87D300C9)


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
