Authoriztion not synchronized.

I have an issue with using the OpenWebStart where I get an error telling me 'Authentication error occurred. Authorization not synchronized. Please restart application. Fault code 1004.' Redownloading the program and doing the fixes in the faq didn't seem to work. Removing the .cache allows the application to get farther along before stopping but does eventually give me same error.
